Software Asset Management Ireland (SAMI) is one of the leading suppliers of software and information technology solutions in Ireland to the education and voluntary sector.

With over 800 school customers, SAMI is currently the most successful of the indigenous Authorised Education Resellers (AER) in Ireland.

Established in 2003, we have focused on forging a strong working partnership with the local Microsoft team, which has enabled us to act as solution experts in dealing with our customers. Given our quality of service and expertise in the area, Microsoft chose us as the delivery and license partner for the Microsoft Partners in Learning School Agreement, signed in conjunction with the Department of Education and Science. Having proven to be an exemplary AER, we were established as an Education Large Account Reseller (EdLAR) by Microsoft in 2006.

Our close work with the education community has enabled us to develop a deep understanding of the needs of Irish Education. With over eight years experience in the education sector we have developed and deployed information technology solutions built specifically for Irish primary and secondary schools.

We provide hands-on pre and post-sales support for schools and colleges. The provision of this level of service enables us to assist education establishments in the attainment of excellence. Highly trained technical consultants work with both teachers and the heads of ICT within schools to understand their individual needs.

SAMI operate the Software4Students website in Ireland. Software4Students is the original and largest programme for supplying software to school and college students and their parents.
